SUSTAINABILITY
Taking care of our planet is a shared responsibility. One of our main values as a brand is to be aware of
our impact on the enivorment. Of course, we know this is a difficult mission to achieve… but not impossible. As a company, we assume the responsibility for our carbon footprint emissions.
But how do we do that?
Of course, packaging is a main concern, we know that in 2050 there will be more plastic than fish in the ocean. Even if the cosmetic industry is not the principal contaminant, there is an urgent need to address plastic waste, why not opt for recyclable options?
1 / Glass is 100% recyclable and can be recycled endlessly without loss in quality or purity.
2 / Glass has an almost zero rate of chemical interactions, ensuring that our products keep their aroma and benefits intact until they reach to you.
3 / You could reuse the bottle once you finish with the product (wait for our refillable stations). Packaging in glass makes it easier to recycle after its lifecycle ends.
WHY GLASS?
Now, everybody talks about packaging, but let’s get deeper than that, let’s talk about the sourcing of ingredients. Where do our ingredients come from? When we start local and stay local we without much effort, lower carbon emissions. All a part of our goal of making clean beauty simple.
WHERE DO OUR INGREDIENTS COME FROM?
Canada has a vast land full of natural resources. We are collaborating with trusted suppliers from all over the country to bring you the best of Canadian ingredients. By finding local suppliers we’re not only lowering our carbon footprint, but we’re also helping local businesses, strengthening our economy, and building a network of Canadian suppliers. Where we fall short in our own nations supply of raw ingredients, we pursue upcycled ingredients salvage from food production and agricultural waste.
We aim for all of our raw ingredients to be of plant based origins, pesticide free, many are also certified organic
and all are cruelty free.
